Stucco is mainly used for interior wall (fibo, aeroc, etc) levelling prior to painting works. Stucco’s advantage is that a 30-40 mm layer may be applied at once and it hardens quickly without cracking.
It is also possible to finish stucco plaster for immediate painting with a wet sponge abraser. Stucco is suitable mostly for interiors where there is forced ventilation, e.g. modern apartment buildings and houses.
Average layer thickness 6-12 mm, usually 2 layers are used when levelling.
